LF30 Lovejoy OEM Drive Coupler

The LF30 OEM Drive Coupler is a flexible coupling element for industrial compressor and rotating equipment applications. This coupler provides torsional vibration damping and shaft misalignment accommodation between the prime mover and the driven component.

The LF30 coupling is installed on compressor packages, pump drives, and industrial machinery where a flexible elastomeric element is needed to protect connected equipment from the damaging effects of torsional vibration. These couplings absorb engine or motor firing pulses, cushion startup torque spikes, and compensate for the angular and parallel misalignment that naturally exists between independently mounted rotating components. A worn element transmits vibration directly through the drivetrain, leading to premature bearing and seal failure on both sides of the coupling.

The LF30 element drops into existing hub assemblies. Separate the hubs to access the element, remove all old material, inspect hub contact surfaces for wear, and install the new element with proper seating confirmed before returning to service.
