Orders placed before 1:30 PM Central, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends ship the next business day.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays. If you need expedited weekend delivery, call (903) 768-1111 before placing your order and we’ll work something out.

We ship via UPS Ground (typical 1-5 business days), UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air. Choose your preferred speed at checkout. For freight or oversized parts, we’ll select the carrier that gets your part there fastest.

When equipment is down and you need a part on a specific timeline, call us. We can arrange expedited freight, hot-shot delivery, or carrier upgrades that aren’t available through standard checkout.

Yes. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii typically arrive within 5-7 business days via standard air. Faster options are available – call for a quote.

Yes. Military addresses ship via USPS, typically arriving within 7-14 business days depending on destination.

Yes. Standard delivery to Canada is 1-5 business days. You’re responsible for any customs duties, brokerage fees, and taxes assessed on entry.

Refused Canadian shipments are charged the round-trip shipping cost. This is non-refundable.

Yes, outside North America we ship via best-method international carriers. Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. You’re responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees in your country.

For international orders on critical parts, call us first – we can usually arrange faster delivery options than standard checkout shows.

Refused international shipments are charged the full round-trip cost. This is non-refundable.

Yes. We send a confirmation email with tracking when each shipment leaves our warehouse. If your order ships in multiple packages, you’ll receive a tracking number for each one.

When an order includes parts from different stocking locations or one item is significantly larger, we’ll split the shipment so the parts that are ready can leave today rather than waiting on the whole order. You’ll get a tracking number for each shipment.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The full policy:

If we made a mistake. Wrong part shipped, defective on arrival, or damaged in transit – we cover return shipping and either replace the part or issue a full refund including original shipping. Inspect every package before signing for it – note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt and call us within 24 hours of delivery. Email or call us within 30 days and we’ll handle it.

If you change your mind or ordered the wrong part. We’ll accept the return within 30 days. If you’re exchanging for a different part, no restocking fee. If you want a refund, a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply depending on the manufacturer’s policy. Original shipping isn’t refunded.

What’s not returnable. Used or installed parts are final sale – we cannot accept returns on couplers, coolers, or components that show signs of installation, wear, or attempted fitment. Inspect every part before installing it. Custom-ordered or special-order parts may not be returnable – we’ll tell you upfront if a part is non-returnable before you order. Capital equipment issues may be covered under warranty – call us to start a warranty claim.

How to start a return. Email us at starkindustrialproducts@gmail.com or call (903) 768-1111 with your order number and reason for return. We’ll confirm the return is accepted and provide a return shipping address.

Returned items must arrive in original condition with all packaging. Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Refused shipments fall under standard return policy and are subject to restocking fees and round-trip shipping charges.
