The BoWex 65 FLE-PA D314.25 is a factory OEM KTR coupling flange for diesel engine drives, linking the flywheel to a hydraulic pump through a curved-tooth gear connection. The flange is molded from glass fiber reinforced PA6-GF25 polyamide with a 42-tooth internal gear ring formed into the flange body. It bolts to an SAE 10 flywheel and accepts the matching BoWex curved-tooth steel hub, creating a torsionally stiff, plug-in drive that compensates for axial, angular, and radial misalignment.

The gear mesh runs dry, with no lubrication and no alignment tools required at installation, keeping engine-to-pump service fast in the field. BoWex FLE-PA flanges drive construction machinery, road rollers and compaction equipment, generator sets, and hydraulic power units. A worn flange shows up as backlash rattle at idle and polyamide dust around the gear ring; replace it before the toothing damages the mating hub.
