BJ-1286-3 OEM OEM Drive Coupler

The BJ-1286-3 is a Lord BJ-series drive coupler for industrial and engine-driven equipment. The BJ-1286 is a mid-range Lord coupling used in portable compressor, generator, and pump drive applications where the coupling must absorb engine torsional vibration while transmitting torque reliably.

Lord BJ-series couplers are specified as original equipment across multiple OEM platforms. The bonded elastomeric element dampens engine firing-pulse vibration before it reaches the driven equipment, extending the service life of bearings, seals, and rotating components. Each BJ variant is configured for a specific torque and vibration envelope.

The BJ-1286-3 is a direct replacement for equipment originally fitted with this coupling. Install per the equipment manufacturer’s alignment specifications.
