250015-397 Sullair OEM Drive Coupler

The 250015-397 Sullair OEM Drive Coupler Assembly is a complete coupling for Sullair portable air compressors. This assembly includes the hubs and elastomeric element as a complete unit, ready for installation as a direct replacement for the factory coupling in applicable Sullair models.

Complete coupling assemblies are the appropriate choice when hub inspection reveals wear, damage, or dimensional changes that make element-only replacement unreliable. In Sullair compressors that have accumulated high operating hours, hub wear can prevent a new element from seating properly, resulting in premature element failure even with a fresh replacement.

The 250015-397 is a direct OEM replacement. During installation, remove the old coupling assembly completely, clean both shaft surfaces, inspect keyways and shaft condition, and install the new assembly per Sullair’s alignment and torque specifications. Verify smooth operation at operating temperature before returning the compressor to service.
