The A21763W-335-ELEM Cornell OEM Coupling Element is the replaceable elastomeric insert for the A21763W-335 coupling used in Cornell centrifugal pump systems. This is the flexible element that provides torsional damping between the prime mover and pump shaft.

The element is the wear component in the coupling assembly. While the metal hubs can last through multiple element replacements, the elastomer gradually loses its damping effectiveness as it hardens, cracks, or takes a set from sustained load.
