A21763S-335-ELEM Cornell Pump OEM Drive Coupler

The A21763S-335-ELEM Cornell OEM Coupling Element is the replaceable rubber insert for the A21763S-335 drive coupling in Cornell centrifugal pump systems. This element-only part allows technicians to renew the coupling’s flexible component without replacing the complete hub assembly.

Element replacement is the most common coupling maintenance task on Cornell pumps. The elastomer absorbs torsional vibration cycle after cycle, and eventually the material fatigues. In seasonal agricultural applications, the element also ages during idle periods from UV exposure, temperature cycling, and moisture. Inspecting and replacing the element at the start of each pumping season is a best practice that prevents in-season failures.

Clean and inspect both hubs before installing the new element. Check for corrosion, wear marks, or dimensional changes that could affect the fit. Reinstall per Cornell’s procedure and verify alignment before returning the pump to service.
