A21763H-335-ELEM Cornell Pump OEM Drive Coupler

The A21763H-335-ELEM Cornell Pump OEM Drive Coupler is the replacement elastomeric element for the A21763H-335 Cornell coupling assembly. This is the flexible element only, not the complete coupling, designed for installations where the hub components are still in serviceable condition.

Ordering the element separately is the standard maintenance approach when the coupling hubs show no signs of wear or damage during inspection. The elastomeric element is the wear component in the coupling that degrades from continuous flexing, heat, and mechanical loading during pump operation. Replacing the element alone saves cost and reduces service time compared to a full coupling replacement, provided the hubs pass visual inspection for cracks, tooth wear, and corrosion.

During installation, separate the hubs to access the old element, remove all remnants, and inspect hub profiles under adequate lighting before installing the new element. Verify that all lobes seat properly in both hubs and confirm the hub gap per the Cornell coupling specification.
