Description

The 006-10800-S ELGi Engine Coupling is an OEM engine coupling for ELGi portable air compressors. It bolts to the engine flywheel and engages the splined hub on the compressor shaft, transmitting engine torque to the airend while accommodating minor misalignment between the two.

Couplings are wear items. Once the teeth wear or the flange cracks, shock load and misalignment pass straight through to the bearings, shafts, and seals around it. This is the factory component, dimensioned to fit the original mounting without modification.
