Description

The 6.4542E00001 Kaeser Coupling is an OEM coupling for Kaeser Mobilair portable air compressors. It joins the engine flywheel to the compressor airend through a toothed flange and a splined hub, transmitting engine torque while accommodating minor misalignment between the two.

Couplings are wear items. Once the teeth wear or the flange cracks, shock load and misalignment pass straight through to the bearings, shafts, and seals around it. This is the factory component, dimensioned to fit the original mounting without modification.
