30200105 Pioneer Pump OEM Coupling

The 30200105 Pioneer Pump is the factory OEM flywheel drive coupling for Pioneer diesel-driven pump packages. Bolted directly to the engine flywheel, the coupling transmits torque to the pump shaft through a highly flexible rubber element that absorbs the torsional vibration and firing-pulse shock loads a diesel engine produces. This protects the pump bearings, mechanical seal, and engine crankshaft while compensating for the axial, radial, and angular misalignment that develops in skid-mounted and trailer-mounted units working in the field. The plug-in design allows blind assembly between the engine and pump end and simplifies element replacement during service.
