ACH8UN Flange Outer OEM Drive Coupler

The ACH8UN Flange is a flange component for the Reich Arcusaflex ACH8 coupling series with UN hub specification. This is a structural flange piece, not a complete coupling assembly, used during coupling installation or rebuild on equipment running the ACH8UN configuration.

The ACH flange connects the coupling hub to the driven or driving equipment and must mate precisely with both the shaft interface and the coupling element. When replacing a damaged or worn flange, the new component must match the original dimensions exactly to maintain proper coupling alignment and torque transmission. Using a mismatched flange alters the hub gap and element engagement, which degrades vibration isolation and shortens element service life.
