The 46663879 Doosan OEM Drive Coupler is an OEM coupling for Doosan portable air compressor platforms. This coupling connects the diesel engine to the compressor airend in select Doosan portable models, absorbing torsional vibration during field operation.
Doosan Portable Power compressors are built for construction and industrial jobsite use. The drive coupler handles the constant torsional load from the diesel engine while compensating for the minor shaft misalignment that occurs during normal operation and transportation between jobsites. When the element wears, increased vibration passes through to the airend, accelerating bearing and seal wear.
