The RE45382 John Deere Torsional Damper is an OEM torsional damper for agricultural and industrial equipment. It sits in the driveline and absorbs the torsional vibration produced by the engine, keeping it out of the gears, bearings, and shafts downstream.

Torsional dampers degrade quietly. As the element loses its damping characteristic, vibration that used to be absorbed starts reaching the components behind it and accumulating as fatigue. This is the factory component, specified to the original damping profile.
