NH1650C150B0350 Eaton Flexmaster OEM Coupler

The NH1650C150B0350 Eaton Flexmaster Coupling is an Aeroquip self-restrained flexible pipe coupling for 1.5-inch pipe connections. This Flexmaster coupling absorbs vibration and accommodates thermal expansion in compressed air, hydraulic, and industrial piping systems.

Eaton Flexmaster couplings are used throughout industrial applications where rigid pipe connections would fail from vibration fatigue or thermal cycling. The self-restrained design uses a stainless steel gripping ring inside each gasket to prevent separation under pressure, making these couplings suitable for applications where pipe movement is expected. In compressor installations, Flexmaster couplings are positioned at discharge connections, intercooler lines, and aftercooler outlets where vibration from the compressor and thermal expansion from heated air would stress welded or threaded joints.

The NH1650C150B0350 installs on standard 1.5-inch OD pipe without welding or threading. Slide the coupling over both pipe ends, verify proper pipe insertion depth at the witness marks, and tighten the bolts evenly to the specified torque.
