SAGA34 Saga OEM Drive Coupler

The SAGA34 Saga OEM Drive Coupler is an OEM coupling for diesel-driven compressor and pump applications. Saga couplings are a distinct coupling type from the more common Arcusaflex and Bowex designs, using their own element geometry and damping characteristics matched to specific equipment platforms.

Saga couplers are specified as original equipment in select portable compressor and industrial pump models. The coupling element provides torsional flexibility between the engine and driven equipment, dampening vibration while transmitting torque. The SAGA34 is a larger coupling than the SAGA18 and SAGA22, serving higher-torque applications.

Do not substitute between Saga and Arcusaflex coupling types even if dimensions appear similar – the torsional characteristics differ. Install per the equipment manufacturer’s procedure.
