The SAGA22 Saga OEM Drive Coupler is an OEM coupling for diesel-driven compressor applications. Saga couplings use a proprietary element design that provides torsional damping between the engine and compressor airend in equipment where this coupling type is specified as original equipment.

The SAGA22 is a mid-range Saga coupling serving compressor platforms in the moderate power range. These couplings are found in select Sullair portable compressor models and similar equipment. The coupling element absorbs engine vibration while transmitting torque to the airend under continuous duty conditions.

Do not interchange Saga couplings with Arcusaflex or Bowex types – each has distinct torsional properties. The SAGA22 is a direct replacement for equipment specifying this coupling. Install per the compressor manufacturer’s procedure.
