LCD-0075-77-C Ingersoll Rand OEM Drive Coupler

The LCD-0075-77-C is an Ingersoll Rand OEM drive coupler from the Lord Dynaflex LCD coupling series. This elastomeric coupling is designed for use in select Ingersoll Rand portable air compressor platforms, providing torsional vibration isolation between the engine and compressor airend.

Each LCD variant is tuned to match the torque capacity and vibration characteristics of a particular engine-compressor combination. Using the correct variant ensures proper damping and avoids the premature wear that comes from a mismatched coupling stiffness.

This coupler installs directly into the factory mounting position on compatible IR portable compressors. During replacement, document the original coupling orientation, clean all shaft surfaces thoroughly, inspect keyways and hubs for wear, and align per the compressor service manual. Verify smooth operation at idle and under load after installation.
