65 FLE-PA-338 BoWex OEM Drive Coupler

The 65 FLE-PA-338 OEM Drive Coupler is a Bowex FLE-PA flexible coupling for industrial power transmission. This coupling provides torsional vibration isolation and shaft misalignment accommodation in compressors, pumps, fans, and general industrial drive systems.

Bowex FLE-PA couplings use a polyamide gear ring element that transmits torque through meshing teeth on the inner and outer coupling hubs. This design provides high torque capacity in a compact package while accommodating angular and axial misalignment. The polyamide element operates without lubrication, unlike metal gear couplings, which reduces maintenance requirements and eliminates the risk of lubricant contamination in sensitive applications. FLE-PA couplings are selected for equipment where reliable operation and minimal maintenance are priorities.

The 65 FLE-PA element replaces directly in existing hub assemblies. Remove the old gear ring, inspect hub teeth for wear patterns, and install the new element with proper mesh engagement confirmed on both hub sets before applying load.
