The ACT4.9SN Reich Arcusaflex Drive Coupler Kit is a factory OEM rubber disc coupling supplied complete with the coupling element and the steel outer flange. It sits between an internal combustion engine and the machine it drives, softening the connection so firing pulses and load steps reach the driveline as damped torque instead of raw shock.

The disc element works in torsion, which produces a linear deflection curve across the load range and gives the coupling a defined torque ceiling that protects the drive against overload. Arcusaflex couplings carry ATEX certification for hazardous location service, and the axial plug-in design gives ample float at assembly with no special tools required. Element grade sets the torsional stiffness, so the grade has to match the torsional analysis for the engine and driven machine, not just the bolt pattern.
