The ACH7ST Reich OEM Drive Coupler is a Reich Arcusaflex coupling from the ACH7 series with ST configuration. This heavy-duty coupling element provides torsional vibration isolation in high-torque industrial drive systems.
The ACH7ST is specified for applications where the ST hub configuration matches the shaft interface on the connected equipment. The ACH7 series handles substantial torque loads from large prime movers while the Arcusaflex elastomeric element provides consistent vibration damping across the operating speed range. ST-configuration hubs use a specific mounting geometry that must match the existing installation, as the hub type determines both the shaft connection and the element engagement pattern.
When replacing the ACH7ST element, separate the coupling hubs axially, remove the old elastomer, and inspect both hub profiles under adequate lighting. Install the new element with all lobes properly seated and confirm the specified hub gap dimension before returning the equipment to service.
