ACH6.1ST Reich OEM Drive Coupler

The ACH6.1ST Reich Arcusaflex Drive Coupler is a heavy-duty OEM coupling from the Reich ACH series, size class 6.1. ACH-series couplers handle higher torque loads than the standard-duty ACT series, making them the right choice for large portable compressors, heavy diesel-driven equipment, and industrial machinery in the 200+ HP power range.

At the ACH6.1 size, the coupling transmits substantial torque from large diesel engines to compressor airends, drilling equipment, or industrial drives. The elastomeric element provides torsional damping that protects the entire driveline from the cyclic forces generated by high-displacement diesel engines under continuous load.

The ACH6.1ST is a direct replacement for equipment originally specified with this coupling. Given the high torque involved, precise alignment during installation is critical. Follow the equipment manufacturer’s procedure, use calibrated torque equipment, and verify alignment with dial indicators before startup.
