Description

The 102-1733 Caterpillar Coupling Flange is an OEM coupling flange for Caterpillar compactors, pavers, loaders, and track-type tractors. A nylon flange with steel inserts mounts to the engine flywheel around the pump shaft, transmitting engine torque to the pump while reducing engine load vibration.

Couplings are wear items. Once the flange wears or cracks, vibration and misalignment pass straight through to the bearings, shafts, and seals around it. This is the factory component, dimensioned to fit the original mounting without modification.
