ACH4.1NT Reich Arcusaflex Coupling

The ACH4.1NT Reich Arcusaflex Drive Coupler is an OEM highly flexible disc coupling for internal combustion engine drives. The coupler connects the engine flywheel to a hydraulic pump or driven shaft, transmitting torque while absorbing torsional vibration, dampening shock loads, and compensating for angular and axial misalignment between rotating components.

Rated to 1,500 Nm nominal torque with a 5,000 Nm peak, the AC-H 4.1 size with NT natural rubber compound is engineered for 250-400 hp diesel applications running on SAE 2 flywheel housings. Flange dimensions follow SAE J620 and DIN 6281 standards, making this element compatible with CAT C7, CAT C7.1 ACERT, Cummins L9, and other six-cylinder mid-range diesel engines used in forestry mulchers, tracked carriers, portable air compressors, and drill rigs.

Confirmed equipment fitment includes the FAE PrimeTech PT-300 tracked forestry mulcher. The bolted-hub axial plug-in design supports element replacement without separating the coupled machines, reducing service downtime. Built to OEM Reich Kupplungen specifications.
