The LCD-0075-60A is an Ingersoll Rand OEM drive coupler built on the Lord Dynaflex LCD platform. This coupling provides the torsionally flexible connection between the engine and compressor airend in select Ingersoll Rand portable air compressor models.

The LCD-0075-60A uses a bonded elastomer construction that absorbs engine-induced vibration before it reaches the airend and downstream rotating components. This design reduces mechanical noise, extends bearing and seal life, and helps maintain consistent air delivery under load. In portable compressor duty, where machines cycle between idle and full load frequently, this damping characteristic is especially important for long-term reliability.

This coupler is a direct OEM replacement – no machining or adapter hardware required. When replacing, note the orientation of the original coupler before removal. Clean all shaft surfaces, check keyway condition, and align hubs within the tolerance specified in the service manual.
