The 6.3684E0 Kaeser OEM Drive Coupler is an OEM coupling for Kaeser rotary screw air compressor platforms. Kaeser compressors serve industrial manufacturing, food and beverage, automotive, and process applications where clean, reliable compressed air is essential for production.

The drive coupler in Kaeser compressors connects the electric motor to the airend through a Bowex-style jaw coupling. This coupling type uses an elastomeric spider element between interlocking jaw profiles to transmit torque while providing torsional damping. When the spider wears, vibration increases and the jaw mesh develops play that causes noise and accelerated wear.

The 6.3684E0 is a direct factory replacement. During installation, inspect both jaw halves for wear and replace the spider element. Align per Kaeser’s specifications.
