The 154-90975 Boss OEM Drive Coupler is an OEM coupling for Boss portable air compressor platforms. Boss compressors are diesel-driven portable rotary screw units used in construction, sandblasting, and general industrial field service where towable compressed air is needed on the jobsite.

The drive coupler connects the diesel engine to the compressor airend through an elastomeric element that absorbs engine vibration. In Boss compressors, this coupling uses a Reich Arcusaflex ACT2.3-class design, sized for the torque output of the compact diesel engines powering these machines. When the element wears, the compressor develops noticeable frame vibration and the drivetrain becomes audibly rougher during load changes.

The 154-90975 is a direct factory replacement. Clean all shaft surfaces, inspect hub condition, and align per the compressor service manual during installation. Verify smooth operation before returning to service.
