Description

The 1310030258 Atlas Copco Coupling is an OEM coupling half for portable air compressor drive applications. It forms one side of the drive coupling between the engine and the compressor airend, transmitting torque while absorbing the torsional vibration and shock load that occur at startup and under changing load.
Drive couplings are wear items. Once the element hardens or cracks, vibration and misalignment pass straight through to the bearings, shafts, and seals around it. This is the factory component, dimensioned to fit the original mounting without modification.
