046999 Sullair OEM Drive Coupler

The 046999 Sullair OEM Drive Coupler is an OEM Saga-style coupling element for Sullair portable air compressors. This coupling serves the engine-to-airend connection in select Sullair models that use a Saga coupling design rather than an Arcusaflex-style element.

Saga-series couplings provide effective torsional damping through a different element geometry than Arcusaflex couplers. The correct coupling type must match the compressor’s design requirements – do not substitute between Saga and Arcusaflex styles even if physical dimensions appear similar, as the torsional characteristics differ.

The 046999 is a direct factory replacement. Install per Sullair’s service procedure for this specific coupling type. Verify smooth operation after startup.
